Our location is about a 200 meters walk from Rotterdam Central Station. Escape010 is also located in the city center with all kinds of amenities nearby, such as countless cafes, restaurants and shops. In addition, there are a few parking garages in the vicinity and all trams, buses and trains have a stop at the station around the corner.

How can I pay?
When making an online reservation, you will end up on our payment page as the last step. There you can pay the entire amount via iDeal, with Credit Card, Bancontact/Mister Cash and Sofort.


We are a company/organisation and would like to pay by invoice, is that possible? 
Yes that is possible. However, drafting an invoice with specific company information and - in some cases - submitting them via special portals takes time. Therefore we charge a small administration fee of €14.50.

Anyone who makes a reservation for an escape room via our website will immediately receive an invoice by email. When booking, you can indicate that you are a business customer (as opposed to a private individual) and you will have the option to enter certain company details.
What is the minimum and maximum number of participants per game?
The minimum and maximum number of participants per game depends on the room you've booked:
  • For Operation Enigma, the minimum amount of participants is 4 and the maximum is 8.
  • For the Book of Mystery, the minimum amount of participants is 2 and the maximum is 5.
Bringing more or less people than you reserved for? No problem! You also don't have to report this change to us as long as the number of participants stays between the minimum and maximum number of players for the reserved escape room. 
What is the minimum age to participate?
Children under the age of 14 can participate if accompanied by an adult participant. Participants above the age of 14 can play the game without supervision.

Due to certain sound and smoke effects, our escape rooms are not suitable for the littlest ones. Do you want to bring a child that's very brave and isn't frightened easily, but who is younger than 10 years old? And do you doubt whether he/she can come along? Then call us in advance to ask questions and so that we can explain a few things.

NB. The above also applies to pets, of course.
What time should I arrive?
The time on your confirmation e-mail is the actual starting time of the game. Prior to the game, a brief explanation of the game is given to the participants. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be present at our location 15 minutes before the starting time.
I have CSA-EUR card.
 
 
 
With a CSA-EUR pass you are eligible for a discount on the per person price of the escape room. This discount will be settled on location after presenting us with the discount card. We will then settle the amount and transfer it back to your bank account. You can therefore make and complete a reservation in the usual way via our website.

Please note: The passes must be scanned, so don't forget to bring them with you! 

For this upcoming year of the Rotterdampass (March 1st 2024 - February 28th 2025) Escape010 does not offer any discounts.
I have booked both rooms for one large group, but the starting times differ. Can we all start at the same time?
Yes, that is possible. The starting times of our escape rooms are about twenty minutes apart so that we can welcome each group individually and take the time for them.

In case you're one large group that has booked both rooms, we'd like to ask you to arrive at the starting time for the Enigma escape room. Please keep in mind to - in any case - arrive 15 minutes before the escape room starts for a drink, to make use of the toilets, short instruction and putting away valuables in our lockers.

We're from a company/organisation and would like to pay by invoice, is that possible?
Yes, that's possible. When making a reservation through our website there is a possibility to add extra information in our comment-section. Here you can enter any information that must be stated on the invoice.

Can we also play the escape rooms in English?
Yes, that is certainly possible. The games where language plays a role, can be changed to English with the flick of a switch. Let us know in the comment section when making the reservation, or when you arrive.
Where can I park my car?
Near the Diergaardesingel paid parking space is available. Within walking distance of Escape010, you can find several parking lots. Parking lot Schouwburgplein 2 is most nearby. More information can be found here: Parking lots Rotterdam.
