Discounts
Rotterdampas and Rotterdam Welcome Card:

With a Rotterdam Pass or a Rotterdam Welcome Card you'll receive a 25% discount on the per person price listed on the left. This discount is only valid for the holder of the card. 

NB. The Rotterdam Pass-discount only applies to our Enigma escape room. For the discount to be applied, we have to scan the Rotterdampas, don't forget to bring it with you.

Be on time!
Before you can play the game we will give you a short introduction. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before your game will start.
Multiple rooms?
Escape010 has two escape rooms: Enigma (4 - 8 people, 60 minutes) and The Book of Mystery (2 - 5 people, 60 minutes). In our booking module above you can see the available dates and times per room.

Pay close attention to which room you book and also pay attention to the date! We have different payment methods such as iDeal and credit card. A deposit is also possible, especially useful if you are not sure how big the group will be, or if you have a Rotterdampas.

Cancel
Cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before your reservation starts. You will find the cancel button in your confirmation email. After cancelling you will receive your deposit back within two business days. Do you have other questions? Mail to info@escape010.nl or call us on +31 (0)10-3138627.
